Role summary: The Senior Manager, Technology Operations, leads the planning and execution of multiple complex technology programs aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires expertise in program and procurement management, stakeholder engagement, and technology strategy to drive operational excellence and deliver measurable business value. The position involves overseeing project delivery, and risk mitigation while fostering collaborative relationships across teams. The successful candidate will translate business needs into actionable technology solutions, support continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals through effective communication and leadership. About the team: The team leads Digital Acceleration by collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement strategic AI and digital initiatives. It focuses on identifying opportunities, managing stakeholder engagement, and delivering meaningful business process improvements. By promoting continuous enhancement and leveraging advanced technology, the team supports the organization’s digital transformation and operational excellence. As part of the Global Governance organization, this team plays a vital role in supporting technology initiatives. The Senior Manager, Technology Operations - Digital Acceleration will serve as the vertical lead, driving impactful technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience.

• Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

• The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
