The Senior Manager, Operations role will facilitate the overall intake process and assigns scale ready solutions to the appropriate release cycle. Capture and sequence all work and communication across the enterprise to balance workload for facilities. Serve as the gate keeper and meeting lead to coordinate and review all proposed Home Office facing activity for stores across all functional teams from submission through publishing to eliminate unnecessary noise for stores. Evaluate and coordinate timing and prioritization for Merchant Message and Playbook strategy completion to improve Associate engagement and experience. Ungoverned project, activity and communication releases impacting facility workload results in poor customer/associate experience. This role will also support high visibility operational projects aimed at improving the associate experience. What you'll do... Drive informed decision-making and ensure resolution of critical issues by partnering with senior leaders to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business. Create communication strategy and content; educating business partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements; and developing and implementing a program management life cycle. Collaborate & partner on all activity submission through publishing. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
