This Sr. Manager owns end‑to‑end delivery of cloud‑based technical initiatives, including implementing large‑scale solutions within an Azure and Snowflake technology stack. They will lead and manage large, complex technical development programs across multiple workstreams. They will be accountable for delivery quality, ensuring technical solutions meet defined requirements, performance standards, and business objectives. Additionally, they will own end‑to‑end program governance, ensuring alignment across delivery plans, financial outcomes, and quality standards in complex, multi‑workstream initiatives. We are looking for a senior, energetic technical delivery leader who can run a large Medicaid data platform end-to-end, balancing modernization, DDI, and production operations. This person is hands-on enough to engage with architects and engineers, senior enough to manage contract and financial outcomes, and steady enough to be a trusted partner to state leadership. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
