The Senior Manager, Technical Accounting will lead the company's technical accounting function, with a focus on revenue recognition for services provided under state Medicaid programs, supporting self-directed care and home and community-based services programs. This role ensures accounting policies comply with U.S. GAAP (ASC 606 and related guidance) and works closely with Account Management, RCM and FP&A to ensure revenue is recognized appropriately across a portfolio of state contracts with varying fee structures, funding mechanisms, and reporting requirements. As a private company, this role also plays a key part in building GAAP-compliant processes and controls to support lender/investor reporting, audit requirements, and future readiness for growth (e.g., new state contract wins, refinancing, or a potential transaction).
