About The Position

The Workforce Strategy (WFS) team within the Technology Business Enablement (TBE) organization helps American Express align its technology workforce with enterprise needs. The team serves as a strategic advisory partner to senior technology leadership providing Enterprise Technology Services (ETS), ensuring the right talent is available at the right place, time and within optimized global cost structure to support technology portfolio demand. WFS collaborates with ETS Portfolio, ETS Finance, Talent Acquisitions, Global Real Estate, Technology Vendor Management and other enterprise partners to deliver forward-looking, data-driven insights on workforce planning, organizational design, and location strategy - enabling coordinated decisions that support scalable growth and long-term business outcomes. The Sr. Manager, Tech Strategy – Data Products of WFS Team will play a key role in establishing future ready WTS Workforce data foundations that power analytics, AI, and intelligent decision-making across Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). This role will combine strategic thinking with product ownership to shape the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of data products that deliver measurable business value. How will you make an impact in this role? The Sr. Manager, Tech Strategy – Data Products will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a portfolio of ETS workforce data products, translating business needs into high-value product capabilities that accelerate analytics, AI, and transformation. The role will lead product discovery, prioritize capabilities and measure product success through adoption, customer outcomes, and business value. By influencing cross-functional stakeholders and partnering across business and Technology, this role will help shape the ETS workforce data product portfolio and position data as a strategic asset that enables future-ready capabilities across ETS.
