As a Senior Manager, Tax, you would be responsible for leading and supporting complex global tax accounting and compliance activities, including current and deferred tax calculations, effective tax rate analysis and forecasting, valuation allowance assessments, and uncertain tax positions. The role plays a key part in the preparation and review of income tax provisions under ASC 740, including oversight of complex U.S. international tax regimes such as GILTI, Subpart F, and FDII. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA, JD, and/or MST
  • 8+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or with a multinational corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax, including FDDEI (FDII legacy), FTC, Subpart F, GILTI/NCTI, and BEAT.
  • Hands-on ASC 740 tax provision experience.
  • Experience using AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to enhance productivity, analysis, and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with OECD Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax and transfer pricing highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and support Current and deferred tax calculations, Effective tax rate (ETR) analysis and forecasting, Valuation allowance analysis and FIN 48 / uncertain tax positions
  • Review international income tax provision components in accordance with ASC 740, including complex international tax regimes such as GILTI, Subpart F, and FDII
  • Cooperate with Accounting department to ensure proper recording of tax related journal entries and to help facilitate monthly book closures.
  • Oversee the review of global transfer pricing documentation and Country‑by‑Country (CbC) reporting, coordinating with external service providers to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines, local statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Prepare inter-company agreements and work with external auditors to ensure global transactions are at arm’s-length standards.
  • Support OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) compliance, including data collection processes, and quarterly and annual Pillar Two tax calculations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisors
  • Assist with foreign corporate governance regulatory requirements and filings.
  • Develop and maintain tax policies, documentation, and controls to support SOX and internal governance requirements.
  • Oversee the company’s internal controls and regularly assess the appropriateness of controls in place.
  • Lead or support special projects as needed, including M&A transactions and purchase accounting support, legal entity restructurings and integrations, accounting method changes and tax law impacts and process automation and system implementations
