This role provides strategic leadership and technical expertise for all state and local tax matters, including income, premium, sales and use, property, withholding, and information reporting tax obligations. The Senior Manager will oversee tax planning, compliance, accounting, audits, and controversy matters while identifying opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, enhance automation, reduce tax expense, and support enterprise growth projects. The role partners with senior leadership and serves as a necessary contributor to mergers and acquisitions, business expansion plans, and other projects. The position reports to the Corporate Tax Director. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 10 days per month in the office. Candidates should reside within approximately 35-50 miles of Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110.
