As North Horizon continues to grow, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Manager, Talent & Organizational Development to lead initiatives that strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, employee development, and performance excellence across the firm. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this role will be responsible for designing and executing talent management, learning and development, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management programs that support the organization's long-term growth and talent strategy. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture, develop future leaders, and ensure employees have the skills, capabilities, and opportunities needed to thrive.
