Chainlink Labs is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Operations to build and scale the operational backbone of our recruiting function. This role is responsible for ensuring hiring runs efficiently, consistently, and at high quality across a globally distributed team. You’ll partner closely with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, People Tech, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to build scalable, data-driven hiring frameworks and processes that support Chainlink Lab’s talent goals. This role is responsible for managing interview scheduling, owning and optimizing our recruiting tech and vendor strategy, and driving improvements in process, data, and documentation. You’ll also manage a team of Talent Coordinators, setting a high bar for candidate experience and operational excellence.
