The Senior Manager, Sam's Talent Management leads the execution of strategic talent initiatives by managing key initiatives, overseeing project timelines, and consulting with key stakeholders to align talent strategies with Sam's Club business priorities and outcomes. This role is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of future-focused talent strategies which will fuel Sam’s Club’s business transformation. Specifically, this involves identifying differentiating skills and capabilities that will drive the Sam’s Club business today and into the future, assessing and developing talent against those skills, and building talent planning and succession practices across the organization to ensure strong and healthy pipelines. The Talent Management team at Walmart is part of the Global Talent & Learning Center of Excellence within the Global People organization. This team drives strategic initiatives that enhance workforce planning, talent development, and change management. Collaborating closely with business leaders, the team translates strategy into actionable plans, leveraging data analysis and innovative approaches.
