What we need Symbotic is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management expert to design and deliver the processes, tools, and insights that strengthen Symbotic’s talent ecosystem. This role leads enterprise performance management and careers for both field and corporate populations and serves as the organization’s subject matter expert on performance strategy, design, and execution. The Senior Manager partners closely with business and HR leaders to reinforce leadership behaviors, enable career growth and internal mobility, and ensure data-driven, validated approaches to assessing and developing talent. This role plays a critical part in building the systems and mindsets that accelerate performance and prepare Symbotic for future growth.
