The Sr. Program Manager, Enterprise Talent Management plays a pivotal role in the strategic execution and promotion of talent management initiatives. This includes initiatives related to assessment, identification, development, and movement of internal talent across the business. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Talent and Performance Management, this role works to ensure the successful execution of enterprise-wide talent strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness. This role will partner with TM leaders across the enterprise to integrate talent practices with business strategies and manage strategic talent management projects. Acts as a subject matter expert.
