Senior Program Manager, Talent Management & Mobility

LinkedInSunnyvale, CA

About The Position

This role can be based in the Bay Area or Chicago. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. In this role, you will shape the next chapter of talent mobility at LinkedIn. As a Senior Program Manager, you will build zero to one programs that strengthen career growth opportunities for employees. Examples include a Project and Gig Marketplace and refreshed internal hiring and sourcing practices. You will test ideas, run experiments, and scale solutions that improve how employees discover and access internal opportunities. You will also play a key role in LinkedIn's Customer Zero strategy by partnering with Product teams that are building talent products to pilot new capabilities, share insights, and influence the products we bring to market. We are looking for someone who thrives in open space and creates clarity and structure in ambiguous spaces. You will lead programs end to end, simplify complex concepts, align stakeholders across a global organization, and move work forward with confidence and autonomy.
