About The Position
The HR Operations Manager leads and manages a team of HR professionals responsible for executing critical personnel and organizational processes across the enterprise. This role bridges operational execution with strategic talent initiatives, overseeing end-to-end activities including organizational changes, employee lifecycle management, systems administration, and bulk data processing. Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of HR professionals.

- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including organizational changes, employee lifecycle management, systems administration, and bulk data processing.
- Establish and monitor frameworks for processing changes from intake through validation and implementation.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all operational activities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders such as talent teams, HR business partners, and business leaders to understand organizational requirements.
- Provide operational input on the feasibility and timing of organizational initiatives.
- Participate in organizational planning discussions to ensure operational considerations are embedded early.
- Establish processes and governance frameworks for bulk change management.
- Make recommendations on process improvements and operational governance.
