As Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead the strategy and execution of recruiting across corporate, field, and distribution center operations. You’ll build and develop a world‑class TA function that blends human connection with AI‑driven insights, maximizes the capabilities of Workday Recruiting, and delivers exceptional experiences for candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders. You’ll also serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping workforce strategies that support our continued growth and long‑term success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
  • 4+ years leading and developing recruiting teams.
  • Demonstrated success supporting both Corporate/exempt hiring & Field and distribution center/non-exempt hiring.
  • Mandatory experience with Workday Recruiting.
  • Strong experience using recruiting metrics, analytics, and data to drive decisions.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled recruiting practices and technologies.
  • Experience managing ATS platforms, vendors, and recruiting operations.
  • Strong Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Challenge conventional approaches and identify innovative solutions to complex hiring challenges.
  • Raise the standard for execution, accountability, and hiring excellence.
  • Champion an AI-driven, data-centric approach to Talent Acquisition.
  • Leverage Workday Recruiting and emerging technologies to improve quality, speed, and decision-making.
  • Develop recruiting dashboards and analytics that translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Use workforce data to identify trends, predict challenges, and proactively develop solutions.
  • Lead enterprise recruiting strategies supporting corporate, exempt, field, and distribution center hiring.
  • Establish clear expectations and accountability measures across the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Ensure recruiting processes are efficient, compliant, scalable, and consistently executed.
  • Conduct root cause analyses on staffing challenges and implement targeted action plans.
  • Partner closely with HR, Communications, Learning, Marketing, and business leaders to strengthen our employer brand.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executives on talent planning, hiring priorities, and workforce trends.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization to drive shared success.
