About The Position

Lead a sustainment data organization of about 150 people across five teams, supporting global aircraft fleets with analytics, forecasting, and digital data services. Set and execute the data strategy for sustainment operations; lead managers overseeing data engineering, analytics, modeling, business intelligence, and reporting; drive digital modernization and technology investment decisions; brief senior leadership, customers, and executives on performance and progress; and develop leaders and technical talent across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field.
• 12+ years in data, analytics, or IT.
• 7+ years leading managers.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and BI tools.

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace, defense, or logistics experience preferred.
