About The Position

We are hiring a Senior Manager, Supply Chain. This role is vital to planning supply to the US market to support customer service and allow for growth by maintaining an efficient level of stock. The role will function as a network supply planner for a growing portfolio of Consumer Health Care products. This role will be both tactical and strategic, playing a key role in both planning and S&OP. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain will source finished goods from our parent company in France. This role will also manage the global supply relationship as well as plan co-packing in the US. Ideally, we would have an individual with experience in FMCG Supply Planning, preferably in Consumer Health Care, that is looking to take the next step in their career.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning
  • 10+ years with ERP experience required with major platform such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Superior Analytical Skills and excellent Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Proficiency in change management with a focus on managing packaging changes while managing appropriate inventory levels
  • Demonstrated deep knowledge of Supply Chain ERP systems
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities (i.e. service rate vs working capital) in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Broad knowledge of end to end supply chains.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or related Master’s Degree is a plus
  • Experience with BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI or Power Query is a plus
  • APICS (ASCM) Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end supply planning for the U.S. market, ensuring product availability, service continuity, and inventory optimization across a growing Consumer Health Care portfolio.
  • Own the U.S. supply relationship with global supply chain partners and parent-company teams in France, aligning production priorities, lead times, inventory targets, and market requirements.
  • Proactively identify supply risks, capacity constraints, launch risks, and inventory exposure, while developing mitigation plans that protect service and support business growth.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reporting on supply performance, inventory outlook, cost impacts, risks, mitigation plans, and key business decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional supply chain initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Quality, PMO, global supply teams, external manufacturers, and third-party partners.
  • Oversee finished goods procurement, import planning, and supply execution for externally manufactured products sourced from the French parent company.
  • Manage domestic repacking and co-packing planning, ensuring alignment between supply availability, packaging requirements, customer timelines, quality requirements, and operational execution.
  • Lead supply readiness for new product development, innovation launches, packaging transitions, and artwork changes by ensuring inventory continuity and clear cross-functional execution plans.
  • Lead inventory management governance, including cycle count reconciliation, inventory segmentation, excess and obsolete inventory review, and monthly SLOB mitigation processes.
  • Build and maintain scalable planning processes, reporting tools, and operating rhythms that improve visibility, accountability, and execution across the supply chain.
