About The Position

Efficient Computer is seeking an experienced semiconductor supply chain professional to join its small, high-impact Supply Chain and Operations team as a hands-on Manager or Senior Manager. The role focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and procuring third-party semiconductor IP; logistics and trade operations; and supporting the broader semiconductor manufacturing supply chain. The successful candidate will be comfortable building processes in a startup environment and collaborating with engineers, executives, and external partners. The role offers a base salary generally ranging from $160,000 to $200,000, a 10% annual bonus, meaningful equity, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation depends on experience, level, and location, with flexibility for the right candidate.
