About The Position

As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, this role plays an integral part in overall plant operations, with direct impact on safety, quality, service, and cost. The Senior Manager serves as the primary liaison between Central Planning and on‑site plant leadership, operating effectively in the dynamic tension between enterprise supply plans and site‑level execution realities. Success in the role requires sound judgment, clear communication of tradeoffs, and the ability to translate strategic plans into executable outcomes. This leader is both a culture carrier and a people developer, expected to actively model company values while fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, trust, and continuous improvement. The role requires a hands‑on, analytically strong leader who can manage complexity, develop leaders within the team, and drive visible performance management through KPIs. In close partnership with Operations, Warehouse, Brewery, Quality, Finance, and Corporate teams, the Senior Manager also supports new product launches and renovations, ensuring seamless integration into the site production plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of manufacturing and/or supply chain planning experience
  • Experience in a CPG environment (greenfield experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring, performance management, and development.
  • Proven ability to develop and coach leaders, not just manage individual contributors.
  • Strong cross‑functional influence across Operations, Warehouse, Quality, Finance, and Corporate teams
  • Advanced analytical capability with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑intensity manufacturing environments that require prioritization, judgment, and adaptability

  • APICS or related certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Leadership, development, and performance management of the site supply chain planning team
  • Coaching and development of leaders, building bench strength and long‑term team capability
  • Creation and execution of short‑ and long‑term production plans aligned to demand and capacity.
  • Inventory optimization, including safety stock strategy and management of excess, slow‑moving, and obsolete inventory.
  • Ownership of supply chain KPIs and visible performance management against plan
  • Cross‑functional alignment between plant operations and central planning partners
  • Active reinforcement of safety, quality, and continuous improvement of culture
  • Independent decision‑making within enterprise frameworks, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions forward.
