About The Position

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Product Management to our team in Raynham, MA. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Purpose: In this role, you will provide enterprise-level leadership across End-to-End (E2E) Supply Chain for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Lifecycle Management (LCM) programs, with accountability for portfolio execution, operational performance, supply reliability, and value creation. You will shape and influence global manufacturing and supply chain strategies, translate product and portfolio priorities into executable roadmaps, and drive alignment across Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, and external manufacturing partners. You will lead supply chain project teams from initiation through launch, stabilization, and continued lifecycle support, ensuring strong execution against business, financial, quality, compliance, continuity, capacity, and customer outcomes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
  • Experience across Manufacturing, Distribution, Planning, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, R&D, or related healthcare industry environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex projects, product introductions, process improvements, technology implementations, or lifecycle initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, meeting management, and documentation skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to apply project management methodologies, resource management practices, organizational change techniques, risk management, and disciplined issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to use data to guide prioritization and decision-making.
  • Minimum language required: English (mandatory)

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, or a related Field is preferred
  • Project management methodology certification (e.g., PMP/PMI, FPX) is preferred
  • Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Manufacturing experience
  • Experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies; certification is a plus
  • Knowledge/experience with master production schedule process, inventory management, supply chain management
  • Experience working in a global environment
  • Understanding of financial processes such as P&L calculation and COGS

Responsibilities

  • Lead E2E supply chain strategy and execution for NPI and LCM programs, translating product and portfolio priorities into integrated roadmaps, business cases, milestones, resource plans, and financial commitments.
  • Own launch readiness, lifecycle execution, and supply continuity by aligning Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, Quality, Finance, value stream leaders, external manufacturing partners, and strategic collaborators.
  • Advance supply chain reliability, quality, compliance, profitability, gross profit improvement, COGS reduction, capacity planning, business continuity, and disruption recovery through data-driven prioritization and disciplined execution.
  • Lead direct reports and cross-functional project teams through strong governance, clear decision-making, proactive risk management, issue resolution, communication planning, and milestone accountability.
  • Identify and implement manufacturing and supply chain technologies that strengthen product launch execution, lifecycle performance, business continuity, capacity readiness, and long-term competitiveness.
  • Build trusted enterprise partnerships and develop deep knowledge of business processes, governance forums, systems, and portfolio management tools to influence decisions and accelerate execution.
