About The Position

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning is responsible for directing and transforming integrated supply chain operations across multiple regional operations or the entire semiconductor supply chain network. This position develops and implements enterprise supply chain strategies, end-to-end process architectures, and operational transformation programs that create substantial competitive advantage and business value. The role requires exceptional technical expertise, business leadership, and strategic vision to optimize global supply chain networks, planning capabilities, and operational performance while ensuring world-class service levels, working capital efficiency, and cost competitiveness. The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning collaborates with leadership, technology development, business units, and external partners to align supply chain capabilities with strategic business priorities and market requirements. This position navigates complex global business considerations while addressing enterprise supply chain challenges and strategic capability investments. This position will lead supply chain organizations, creates a culture of operational excellence and breakthrough innovation, and drives strategic transformations in supply chain systems that fundamentally enhance the company's operational capabilities, market responsiveness, and competitive leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required
8+ years of experience in supply chain management
at least 3+ years in a managerial role
Distinguished experience with integrated supply chain operations, planning systems, and operational leadership
Strategic expertise in network design, process architecture, and global operations
Background in financial optimization, risk management, and business transformation
Recognized expertise in semiconductor industry dynamics and supply chain innovation
Distinguished knowledge of supply chain principles, integrated business planning, and operational excellence
Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, advanced analytics, and digital solutions
Strategic understanding of procurement strategies, supplier integration, and network optimization
Expertise in financial management, risk governance, and performance optimization
Leadership skills with ability to inspire and transform supply chain organizations
Visionary problem-solving capabilities with experience addressing enterprise supply chain challenges
Strong communication and influence skills with ability to engage effectively with executives, industry leaders, and external stakeholders
