Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management
About The Position
Raytheon is seeking a Senior Material Program Manager (MPM) for Tucson, Arizona. The Senior MPM is responsible for managing Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) activities in the Naval Power Mission Area in support of the Naval Standard Missile Systems (NSMS) production portfolio. This Senior MPM will serve as the interface between Supply Chain and Program working on production contracts. Key responsibilities include the following: developing and implementing material strategies, material forecasting, ensuring cost and schedule requirements are met, evaluating metrics to monitor GSCM health, supplier assessments, and development/support of ROMs/proposals. This role will be heavily focused on Supplier Health and ensuring the Supply Chain develops the capability, staffing, and production planning to meet contracted deliverables with Raytheon.
Requirements
- Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience leading or participating in cross-functional teams
- Material forecasting and strategy experience
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
