About The Position

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management Central Division, based in the Field or Home Office, oversees end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient merchandise flow through distribution networks and fulfillment centers. This role leads resolution of operational challenges, analyzes data to enhance network performance, and manages supplier compliance and external partnerships. By driving process improvements and collaborating across stakeholders, the position supports sales, inventory, and profitability goals. The role also provides leadership and development for associates, promotes ethical standards, and champions continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain execution and deliver value aligned with company objectives. The Divisional Operations Support Team serves as the operational link between Distribution Centers, Home Office teams, and business partners. This team drives system implementations, manages operational changes, supports emergency responses, and ensures efficient execution of dry grocery and perishables networks. By collaborating across supply chain stakeholders, the team enhances network performance, resolves issues, and optimizes merchandise flow. Their focus on communication, adaptability, and project management supports continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply chain.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
2 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
Extensive experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes and driving operational excellence.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and implement supply chain optimization strategies.
Strong skills in root cause analysis and resolving escalated supply chain issues.
Expertise in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet performance and compliance standards.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, mentoring associates, and fostering a high-performance environment.
Proficiency in developing and executing business plans aligned with sales, inventory, and profitability goals.
Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and continuous improvement within supply chain operations.
