About The Position

The Senior Manager, Strategic Finance is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for long-term financial modeling, strategic planning, investment analysis, and corporate development activities. The role partners with senior leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives, develop and pressure-test business cases, assess inorganic growth opportunities, and support investment and capital-allocation decisions. It exercises significant independent judgment, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and prepares financial insights and materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field with 12+ years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree with 10+ years; or a PhD with 8+ years; or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term financial modeling and strategic planning, including integrated forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, and assessment of business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop driver-based financial models and NPV, IRR, ROI, valuation, and feasibility analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Build and maintain enterprise and investment forecasts, track performance against approved business cases, and explain changes in assumptions, expected returns, and financial outcomes.
• Lead financial analysis and business-case development for strategic initiatives, providing objective insights, alternatives, and recommendations for resource allocation and capital deployment.
• Provide financial support for business development, M&A, and other inorganic growth opportunities, including valuation, financial due diligence, feasibility assessment, and decision support.
• Prepare Executive Leadership Team and Board-level analyses, presentations, industry and peer comparisons, and recommendations on strategic, financial, investment, and risk topics.
• Provide ad hoc strategic analysis and cross-functional support for high-priority initiatives, building stakeholder networks and influencing timely decisions and execution.
