About The Position

This role focuses on developing overseas market expansion strategies, particularly in AI-powered gaming and gaming-driven AI technology. The Senior Manager will be responsible for analyzing the AI gaming market, expanding industry contacts, driving partnership negotiations, and providing strategic support to internal teams. The position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and the gaming industry chain.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in overseas business, strategy, or business development, with experience focused on the AI or gaming industry.
Established overseas industry network with a proven track record of successful collaborations in game publishing, AI technology partnerships, or overseas capital ventures.
Proficient in overseas market analysis and business modeling, capable of conducting independent industry research, competitive benchmarking, and strategic planning.
Excellent negotiation, cross-cultural communication, and project management skills.
Deep understanding of AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, content generation) and the gaming industry chain (R&D, publishing, operations, community).

Experience at the intersection of both AI and gaming fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop overseas market expansion strategies, focusing on areas such as AI-powered gaming and gaming-driven AI technology iteration.
Analyze the dynamics of the AI gaming market to assist management in formulating AI gaming-related strategies.
Expand and maintain key industry contacts overseas, including game developers, publishing platforms, and AI technology companies.
Drive high-value partnership negotiations and facilitate collaboration in technology licensing, co-development, and channel distribution.
Provide essential overseas business strategy support to internal and cross-functional teams, including overseas resource planning, analyst-led market research, and regional/industry goal setting.
