About The Position

Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Strategic Account Management (HO) - International Marketplace and help over 295 million global customers live better every week. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and make a significant impact through strategic advice and trusted relationships with third-party sellers in Walmart's international marketplaces. About the Strategic Account Management Team Our Strategic Account Management team focuses on growing GMV sales and driving engagement through win-win relationships with third-party sellers. We accelerate program adoption for key growth opportunities and coach sellers on building long-term success. This role is crucial in presenting compelling business cases and improving seller experience by working closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Proven track record of developing relationships and partnerships
Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce

Nice To Haves

Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business of high-value, strategic, and SMB accounts
Drive and exceed seller revenue growth goals through seller programs
Build relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
Advocate for the platform and drive awareness of new seller services
Listen to seller feedback and partner with cross-functional teams to improve the platform
