About The Position

Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact transportation customers by combining strategy, analytics, and strong relationship leadership to drive measurable results. In this role, you’ll shape customer growth, influence product innovation, and play a key role in scaling Walmart Transportation Services’ impact across the market. The Demand Team focuses on all aspects of demand generation with a core competency in transportation products and technology. The team informs customer acquisition and growth strategy, customer experience, product roadmaps, and process enhancement. Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of strategic transportation accounts, driving growth, profitability, and overall performance
Build and execute data-driven account strategies, including regular business reviews and performance analysis
Lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver customer solutions and improve experience end-to-end
Represent the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and operational improvements
Negotiate and manage enterprise-level relationships to unlock long-term, mutually beneficial outcomes
