Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary field-facing resource to drive awareness, education, and adoption, and sustained behavior change of Wyndham Sourcing programs.

  • Translate sourcing programs into value-based solutions tailored to hotel priorities (guest experience, operational reliability and readiness, cost management).
  • Create and lead initiatives that help hotels translate quality insights (e.g., inspection results, guest feedback, brand standards) into practical purchasing actions.
  • Partner with Quality and Operations, and other internal teams to incorporate feedback/insights into sourcing playbooks, providing recommended purchasing solutions by category (e.g., sleep experience, amenities, maintenance, cleanliness, breakfast).
  • Through the utilization of sourcing tools and programs, support hotels to help drive consistent, smarter purchasing behaviors that reduce variability and strengthen the guest experience.

  • Develop scalable engagement assets (toolkits, FAQs, quick-start guides, training decks, field talking points) that help franchisee-facing teams consistently bring sourcing playbooks to life.
  • Build and maintain tracking mechanisms to measure engagement outcomes, such as adoption and utilization of sourcing programs, participation in trainings/field events, and recurring issue reduction.
