Senior Manager Software Engineering
About The Position
DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Manager Software Engineering to lead Illustrations work for customer implementations within its Insurance Services organization. DXC Insurance Services helps customers optimize and transform operations, lower costs, and develop agile channels for growth through technology and practices that improve and automate complex middle- and back-office processes while supporting customer experience transformation. The role oversees day-to-day business process transactions and teams, supports efficient and compliant operations, and drives process improvements in productivity and quality. The manager provides direction and support to analysts and senior analysts, collaborates with senior management on process strategies, monitors performance indicators, contributes to budgeting and resource allocation, and reports on team performance. The team is expected to meet applicable quality and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 7 or more years of relevant industry work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in business process transactions.
- Proficiency in business process management and optimization.
- Continuous learning and staying abreast of industry knowledge and technology.
Responsibilities
