About The Position

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid search and social campaigns for assigned clients, supporting an immediate supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of strategy, campaigns, budgets, optimizations, and proactive recommendations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in paid search and social marketing with a focus on e-commerce.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at a competitive marketing agency focused on performance marketing.
  • Must have in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns and pulling levers in Meta and Google Ads (experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn is a plus).
  • Experience using Google Analytics for reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Develop paid search and social strategies that detail campaign objectives, tactics, rationale, strategy, and budget allocation.
  • Execute paid search and social campaigns across various media channels.
  • Work closely with the Analytics team and internal stakeholders to develop performance reports.
  • Lead client calls, instilling trust as a subject-matter expert.
  • Optimize search and social campaigns week-over-week to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with team members across all departments.
  • Manage relationships with search and social platform reps and third-party vendors.
