About The Position

As Senior Manager, Search Innovation, you will lead Begin’s organic search and discovery strategy across traditional search and emerging AI-driven surfaces. You will build and scale a durable, content-led growth engine that drives high-intent parent acquisition and supports the launch and growth of our new parent product. You are both strategic and hands on. You understand how to identify meaningful search opportunity, translate it into scalable content systems, and connect organic discovery directly to business outcomes. You balance strong technical SEO foundations with bold experimentation across AI-powered discovery, answer engines, and evolving search behaviors. You thrive in fast-moving environments where the search landscape is shifting rapidly. You are deeply curious about how families find information, products, and support in an AI-shaped world. You care about building defensible organic growth systems that drive adoption, engagement, and long-term value — not just traffic. We will consider both permanent and temp-to-perm roles, with a 3 month upfront contract and high potential to convert to full time employee.

Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of hands on SEO experience with a track record of driving organic growth
  • Demonstrated success across both content strategy and technical SEO initiatives
  • Deep expertise in core SEO tools including Google Search Console, AHRefs, Semrush, and similar platforms
  • Experience experimenting with AI powered search workflows, answer engine optimization, and emerging discovery surfaces
  • Strong content strategy skills including keyword modeling, opportunity sizing, topic clustering, and authority building
  • Solid technical SEO foundation with understanding of site architecture, UX, and search indexing best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect search performance to engagement and conversion metrics
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working cross functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams
