About The Position

As a Senior Manager, SAP FICO you will lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. You will ensure the integrity of financial systems, guide process improvements, and partner to create high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals. You will manage SAP FICO analysts and consultants. You will report to the Director, Financial Systems and Data and be located at our Cranberry Township, PA location. Hybrid Work Schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science preferred.
• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.
• Knowledge of financial processes, and associated improvement programs, financial regulations and compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with both SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Concur, Ariba, SAP BPC Consolidations and Planning modules, and SAP Business Warehouse a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and ensure SAP and related financial systems function for each monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
• Maintaining the global financial hierarchy, including profit centers, cost centers, and reporting structures.
• Managing configuration and integrity across all Finance-related SAP modules.
• Implementing all cost center, profit center, and re‑org updates, including downstream system impacts.
• Overseeing financial master data, system validations, and financial configuration needed for accurate reporting and compliance.
• Serving as the connective tissue between Finance, IT, Accounting, HR, and teams for system-dependent financial processes.
• Preparing for the future SAP landscape, including redesigning processes, data structures, and controls.
• Supporting modernization, automation, and enhanced analytics—each of which relies on accurate and stable financial systems.
• Manage SAP FICO analysts and consultants.
