This role is designed for an experienced professional who understands how data, systems, and disciplined processes drive revenue growth. This is a full-time role with full ownership of CRM integrity, forecasting accuracy, and monthly commissions for more than a dozen State Sales team members. This is a senior hands-on role. The person in this seat must be willing to build dashboards, fix data, manage payouts, enforce processes, and execute operational work directly.
