You’ll lead the Diagnostics Engineering organization responsible for diagnosing robot failures across mechanical, electrical, and software domains, and for building the tooling, workflows, and data systems that enable fast, accurate, and scalable diagnostics across the fleet. This role owns the end-to-end diagnostics strategy, from field failure signals through root cause, tooling, metrics, and design feedback. The mission is to improve diagnostics efficiency and quality through automation and process improvement, while ensuring that recurring service issues consistently translate into durable design and process fixes. You’ll represent service and diagnostics at a senior level in design reviews, architecture discussions, and reliability forums, using data to influence product direction and operational priorities. You are accountable for the diagnostics roadmap, organizational execution, and the metrics that drive reliability, serviceability, and repair decisions across the company.
