About The Position

Positions in Risk Management lead the development of credit, operational, enterprise, and fraud policies designed to profitably grow the portfolio, while ensuring excellent customer experience. These policies utilize mathematical models and other techniques to understand and predict customer behavior. At the manager level, the employee does not have a people leadership role but is often viewed as an emerging expert in the field. Focuses on resolution of complex problems. Conducts analyses, recommends changes to policies, and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. This position is part of Credit and Fraud Risk Organization, focused on Commercial New Accounts Underwriting. The role brings an exciting opportunity to innovatively define Client and Card Member Onboarding experience while reducing the early tenure credit losses for Middle to Large and Global Clients. The role is highly visible and will require strong collaboration across a variety of functions, including but not limited to Risk, Technology, Decision Science, Product, Marketing, Sales etc to develop best in class strategies and capabilities to support our customers.
