United Properties offers market-competitive pay, based upon the candidate's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $120,000 to $140,000. This position is eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus and a competitive benefits package. Position Purpose This position serves as the in‑house risk and insurance resource for United Properties, with day-to-day responsibility for insurance matters across the company's development, joint venture, owned, and managed portfolio. Reporting to the SVP & General Counsel, the role combines hands‑on execution with judgment. This role serves as United Properties' primary point of contact with insurance brokers and carriers, directing broker engagement, insurance strategy, and placement activity in alignment with the company's risk objectives. The role may be filled at the Manager or Senior Manager level, depending on experience.
