Dandy is hiring a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, Training to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Revenue Operations team owns operationalizing our Revenue organization and driving efficiencies to help scale our Revenue. In this role, you’ll support and scale our Training Team, the group responsible for customer onboarding (“Activation”) and guiding customers through their first 30 days. This role will be critical in operationalizing all aspects of revenue operations for the training function, such as ensuring our teams have the processes, systems, insights, and incentives needed to drive customer success and revenue impact. You will act as the RevOps partner to Training leadership, owning the operational backbone that enables consistent activations, faster time-to-value, and repeat customer ordering.
