The Senior Manager, Revenue Operations Analytics will lead the analytics function within Revenue Operations, owning the data infrastructure, reporting, and insight generation that powers Dutchie's go-to-market decision-making. This is a newly created leadership role designed to bring senior ownership, analytical rigor, and strategic leverage to RevOps as the function scales. You will act as a trusted analytical partner to Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance leadership — translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that drives revenue growth and operational efficiency. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will be equally comfortable designing a measurement framework for a new GTM motion and diving into the underlying data to validate it yourself. You will be a leader of analysts while maintaining close proximity to the work, and you will be expected to leverage AI tools and automation to meaningfully accelerate the speed and quality of your team's output.
