The Senior Manager of Retention Strategy & Intelligence will own the development and operationalization of Guided Renewals, an AI-powered approach to proactive retention. This individual will partner with the Renewals organization, collaborate with GTM functions across the customer lifecycle, and work with the Technology, Data, and Insights (TDI) team. The core of the role involves owning the intelligence layer that drives retention by identifying risk signals, partnering to build AI models for risk surfacing and personalized interventions, and leading field cadences to translate insights into action.
