This role is responsible for leading deal support through cross-functional influencing skills on the highest value/most complex renewals across Gartner. The position involves implementing programs to ensure Gartner’s retention and growth strategy, creating scalable action plans, and leading presentations in planning sessions and strategy meetings with Senior Leaders. The Senior Manager will drive strong collaboration with Client Value Managers (CVMs) and Center of Excellence partners to build strong business cases for renewal and growth of large deals. Additionally, the role requires leading quantitative & qualitative analyses to solve Gartner’s retention and growth challenges, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and driving constant improvement and innovation of processes and tools to enhance quality and productivity. The position also involves scaling the team’s operational model to deliver exceptional deal support, owning actions, measuring progress, and leading initiatives/complex projects to completion with action-driven insights.
