About The Position

The Senior Manager of QVC and HSN's Retail Media Network will lead the strategy for retail media campaigns, grounded in performance analysis, target KPIs, and long-term growth goals. You will drive incremental advertising revenue and oversees a team responsible for campaign sales, activation, and performance analysis. In addition to media strategy and revenue generation, you will manage the end-to-end development and scaling of monetization opportunities across onsite and offsite marketing channels, partnering with both endemic and non-endemic advertisers. This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park, West Chester several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE and NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

Requirements

BA in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience required.
8+ years of experience, within digital marketing, retail media or eCommerce.
Experience with on and offsite digital media channels.
Your success requires collaboration and the ability to build trusted partnerships across merchandising, marketing, digital, technology, and legal teams to ensure seamless integration and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Set the strategy for retail media campaigns based on performance analysis, target KPIs and growth plans.
Oversee sales and execution team managing existing accounts and creating strategy to onboard new advertisers into the program to achieve revenue targets.
Technical project management, specifically onboarding and managing third-party technology vendors that support the Retail Media Network ecosystem. This includes overseeing implementation timelines, ensuring platform capabilities align with our needs, and maintaining ongoing vendor relationships to support innovation and scalability.
