About The Position

The Senior Account Manager plays a critical role in managing relationships with brand partners and advertisers on the Nordstrom Media Network. This individual oversees campaign execution, optimizes performance, and ensures client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital media, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset. We are hiring for two positions within this team: one role will focus on supporting apparel or shoes, and the other will focus on beauty, accessories, or home. Candidates will be considered for both roles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or media sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, social, search, and programmatic advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing accounts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on exceeding partner expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners across all post-sale relationship management and campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to achieve brand partner business objectives through the Nordstrom Media Network.
  • Coordinate planning, implementation, and tracking of advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns.
  • Ensure campaign optimizations meet goals established during media planning.
  • Deepen brand partner relationships by communicating campaign performance and optimization opportunities to promote strategic account growth.
  • Participate in a culture of radical candor and extreme ownership.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
  • Contribute to product development by providing brand partner feedback.
