About The Position

The Regulatory Program Support role provides operational and project support to regulatory teams across development programs and marketed products. It supports planning, coordination, and execution of regulatory deliverables so submissions and related activities are completed on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The role partners with the global regulatory lead and cross-functional teams and is accountable for high-quality, efficient execution of assigned activities, including submission planning, documentation, tracking, and operational support for interactions with regulatory authorities. Regulatory strategy, interpretation of health authority feedback, company-position decisions, and material regulatory risk or trade-off decisions remain with the designated regulatory lead. The Senior Manager works across Regulatory Affairs areas including Development, CMC, Labeling, Advertising and Promotion, and Operations. Operating with limited oversight, this individual leads complex or multiple concurrent deliverables, identifies and resolves cross-functional execution risks, mentors less-experienced staff, and routinely serves as the RPS operational lead for priority programs or major submissions. The role reports to the Head of Regulatory Program Support and has no direct supervisory responsibility. The position requires living within commuting distance of Shionogi’s U.S. Corporate Headquarters in Florham Park, New Jersey. Office presence is required at least 50% of each month, and travel of approximately 10% per year, domestically and internationally, is expected. The base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000–$170,000. Individual pay depends on factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training; the range excludes benefits, bonus, long-term incentives, applicable allowances, and other compensation.
