Role Overview The Senior Manager, Recruitment owns and operates Transak’s internal sourcing engine end-to-end. They function like an in-house recruitment agency, accountable for building high-quality talent pipelines and consistently delivering candidates who meet Transak’s bar—fast, at scale, and with predictability. This role goes beyond coordination. It is a hands-on, outcome-driven leadership role focused on execution, data, and hiring excellence. Success = Speed + Quality + Predictability
