About The Position

Rome Health is seeking an experienced and strategic Recruitment Manager to lead and enhance our recruitment efforts. Reporting to the HR Director, the Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top-tier healthcare talent for both clinical and non-clinical positions. This role is pivotal in ensuring our organization is equipped with a high-performing workforce that aligns with Rome Health's mission, values, and staffing needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare staffing needs and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes of work while meeting deadlines.
  • Attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving approach to recruitment challenges.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for all departments, with a primary focus on high-demand clinical roles (e.g., nursing, allied professionals).
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Work closely with external agencies to facilitate recruitment for specialized positions.
  • Manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and oversee the applicant tracking process to ensure a smooth recruitment workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, labor laws, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop and monitor key recruitment metrics, including vacancy rates, turnover rates, and time-to-fill, and provide timely reports to leadership.
  • Coordinate workforce development programs to support ongoing talent growth.
  • Promote Rome Health at job fairs, networking events, and through strategic partnerships with schools and institutions.
  • Support the onboarding process in collaboration with the Employee Relations Manager and HR Generalist.
