BASIC PURPOSE: The Recruitment Marketing & Operations Manager- Travel is a high-impact, revenue-critical role responsible for accelerating the fulfillment of open travel nursing and allied health orders by aligning real-time business demand with recruitment marketing execution. Sitting at the intersection of Travel Operations, Recruitment, and Marketing, The Manager is accountable for rapidly activating, optimizing, and scaling candidate sourcing efforts that directly drive submissions and placements, and has a deep understanding of the travel healthcare staffing business, knows how to prioritize fillable orders, and can execute immediately using Bullhorn, HubSpot, and modern AI-driven sourcing tools.
