This role will drive how Accelevation attracts, evaluates, and hires talent at scale, executing against aggressive hiring plans and ensuring recruiting delivers consistent, high-quality outcomes across corporate, manufacturing, field, and technical roles. The Senior Manager will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure recruiting runs with speed, clarity, and accountability. This work directly impacts the company's ability to scale the business and deliver for customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading recruiting efforts in a high-growth environment
  • 7–10 years of recruiting experience, including direct management of recruiters
  • Experience hiring across a mix of corporate, manufacturing, field, or technical roles
  • Strong prioritization and execution skills in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable using recruiting metrics and data to drive decisions
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and drive alignment without relying on authority
  • Experience working within or improving ATS platforms and recruiting workflows

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day recruiting execution across corporate, manufacturing, field, and technical roles
  • Translate hiring demand into clear priorities, timelines, and recruiter workloads
  • Drive hiring decisions forward with speed and strong judgment, escalating when needed
  • Implement and reinforce recruiting processes that are simple, consistent, and scalable
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters; hold the team accountable to outcomes
  • Ensure a high-quality, responsive candidate experience across all roles
  • Track and use recruiting data to improve funnel conversion, speed, and quality
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on role definition, candidate calibration, and hiring decisions
  • Support optimization of recruiting tools, systems, and vendor partnerships
