Levitate is hiring a Senior Manager, Recruiting to lead and grow our talent acquisition function during a pivotal stage of the company's growth. This person will own our end-to-end recruiting operations β managing a high-performing team, driving monthly hiring targets, and partnering closely with senior leadership to staff our expanding multi-city sales office footprint. Beyond operational excellence, this role carries a defining mandate: building Levitate's long-term outbound recruiting motion in the Raleigh market, with a particular focus on SDR pipeline.
