About The Position

This role is for a highly experienced and qualified professional to lead all aspects of PRO (Public Relations Officer) activities within the UAE. You will ensure the company operates compliantly with all legal and regulatory requirements for business setup, visas, and ongoing government relations.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience working as a PRO in the UAE.
Extensive knowledge of UAE company formation procedures, trade licensing requirements, and visa regulations.
Proven track record of successfully obtaining and renewing licenses and visas for companies in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and immigration policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with government officials.
Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic (essential).
English fluency is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to complex PRO challenges.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the complete UAE PRO function, including company formations, trade licenses, and renewals.
Manage all visa applications and renewals for employees, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration regulations.
Liaise effectively with various government departments on behalf of the company, including the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Labor, and Department of Immigration.
Proactively research and stay updated on changes to UAE business regulations and visa requirements.
Advise company management on potential legal and regulatory implications impacting operations.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to PRO activities.
Manage a team of PRO assistants or specialists (if applicable).
Identify and implement strategies to optimize PRO processes and enhance efficiency.
