About The Position

This role is based at our corporate office in Memphis, TN. This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that supports global activities related to financial performance, compliance and risk management. As Senior Manager, PTP, reporting to the Director, PTP, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Disbursements, Supplier Management and associated compliance and control activities.

Requirements

Three plus (3+) years of Accounts Payable or Finance Operations experience at manager level or above
Experience collaborating across organizational boundaries with internal and external partners
Experience with major ERP and procurement systems

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Three plus (3+) years of people leadership experience
Experience supporting SOX compliance

Responsibilities

Lead teams, monitor operational performance, service levels and metrics to ensure accurate service delivery.
Be the primary escalation point for critical operational issues and resolution.
Oversee quarterly and annual SOX compliance activities.
Review operational risks and strengthen controls to maintain compliance.
Lead automation and continuous improvement programs.
Work with HAFS-managed properties and other teams to support payment operations and resolve escalations.
Collaborate with Internal and External Audit teams to support SOX and compliance requirements.
Improve compliance, supplier governance, and control enhancement programs that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen partner satisfaction.
